Welcome to my wellness journey. For many years, I've been striving to balance my mind, body, and soul -- navigating life's ups and downs along the way. In 2022, I became more intentional about my eating, sleeping, exercise, and spiritual practices. After facing significant challenges, including the loss my mom in February 2023, I was gutted.  Today I remain committed to starting each day with intention and doing my best. Join me as I share experiences and insights on this ongoing journey.
